Description
Located in the center of campus next to the Health Services Center and High Rise Apartments. Low Rise is five separate buildings surrounding a courtyard with two and six person apartments. Each apartment includes bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area and kitchen facilities. Each room has a twin, extra-long bed, desk, chair, and a closet/dresser unit for each resident. There are no overhead lights in Low Rise bedrooms, please bring a lamp. The apartments also have mailboxes, vending machines, and laundry facilities, as well as a computer lab. Low Rise is not ADA accessible and has no elevators. Four beds are available for graduate students in Low Rise Apartments. Spaces are assigned on a first-come basis.

Low Rise costs $5430 for a single and $5922 for an enhanced single, per semester. Efficiency apartments cost $6072 per semester.
