MS in Special Education (Online)

Eastern’s 30-credit Master of Science in Special Education is an online advanced degree program designed for currently certified teachers or school personnel with relevant experience who are seeking K-12 cross endorsement. The program is driven by a distinctive community-based learning approach to prepare students through integration of theory, research, and practice. Following a hybrid model, the program offers fully online asynchronous and synchronous coursework complemented by practica in each student's local community and schools. The program may be completed within a year. This program does not lead to a certificate in Special Education unless candidates are already certified in another area.
